You Can't Post and Ghost

Justin Vajko • May 26, 2025

I’ve heard a lot of other entrepreneurs complain that they’re not getting the results they want within a 3-6 month period.

I’ve been on LinkedIn for 2+ years posting consistently.

And I figured out why people aren’t getting the results they want.

(spoiler: it has to do with the social part of social media)

LinkedIn is NOT just a social platform. You can’t just post and ghost.

It’s a networking platform way before it’s a social platform.

If you’re trying to get results from LinkedIn and feel like you’re hitting a wall, you probably just haven’t found your people here yet.

You want to be looking for the people who are:

→ your peers

→ your mentor

→ a champion that will connect to your audience

Then, you need to actually build relationships with them.

You can’t just post and hope someone notices you.

You have to interact.

It’s the law of reciprocity: If you want to get attention, you have to give attention.

LinkedIn is a platform full of the best and the brightest.

(i’ve met so many amazing people on here.)

It’s not enough to post into the void. You gotta find your people and say hi.

That’s when you’re going to start to see results.
