How to scale your business
Every task you hold on to is a roadblock to scaling your business.
(it’s what held me back for years)
I’m a graphic designer by trade. I used to love doing the design work for my business. It was my thing.
But eventually, I realized I needed to let go.
I had a designer, but I was still acting like that was my main priority.
Once I stopped, I started giving her more work and coaching her to get to my level.
That’s the only way I was able to truly scale my business.
Every time you choose to do something in your business that someone else could do, you’re
taking time away from solving the bigger problems.
(and the ones you might not even realize need solving yet)
So yeah, here’s my advice for founders who want to scale their business in 2026…
1) Let go of the small stuff.
2) Scale your team by upgrading their skills and giving them more work.
3) Focus on what really matters from a founder's perspective.
You can’t scale your business if you’re stuck doing everything yourself.
