Our team tried using AI video but someone got hurt.

(not a real person, though)

AI video has a loooong way to go before we start using it regularly.

Here’s why:

→ It takes longer to put together which disrupts the editing workflow

→ It costs more per video than finding a stock video

We tried Runway ML and Sora.

Both have really promising starts, but they can’t be used consistently in video content.

(after tons of prompting, the AI would still generate a business meeting with a guy getting hit in the face)

Bottom line: It’s too expensive to get videos where they need to be.

(especially when all our clients need is B-roll footage)

AI video is probably the future, but the future isn’t here quite yet.

But what is here and still working is founder-led video content.
