Sustainable vs. effective B2B growth
I firmly believe b2b service founders need to look for sustainable growth strategies over effective ones.
If you find something sustainable, you can always iterate and experiment and make it effective.
Effective growth is a myth or at least super, super rare in b2b. What worked for your buddy in ecom or M&A won't necessarily work for you in HR consulting and vis versa.
But if you optimize for sustainable (without AI because that muddies the waters of your direction/thinking), you can always iterate, experiment, and build on what's working.
Because right now you're either doing nothing, waiting for the "perfect" strategy to show up -- or jumping in with both feet and burning out after a few months.
