How many times you should post

Justin Vajko • February 27, 2026

I get asked this all the time: “Justin, how much should I be posting?”

As someone who’s been consistently posting for YEARS, there’s no easy number I can give you.

(because there was no right answer for me either)

It all comes down to how much volume you can sustain.

I’m not successful because I hit “publish” 3x a week at 7:30 AM EST for a decade.

(which is great because if you know anything about having kids, you know that’s not going to happen)

I’ve found success because at each stage of my life, I’ve done what I could sustainably do instead of setting unrealistic standards for myself.

I know so many founders who used to be EVERYWHERE online a year ago, who don’t post at all today.

They just couldn’t keep up with their own pace.

Low volume + sustainable > high volume + burnout

And hey, I’ve got a system that can help you do that :)

(contact me)

But for those of you who want a number…

…prioritize posting once a week.
