A mental hack we use on our clients
There’s a little mental hack my company uses so our clients always know what to say on camera.
We prepare a list of topics ahead of time.
And BTW, these topics are all based on our original strategy call with them.
That way, we address important things like…
→ Customer profiles
→ Prospect pain points
→ Frequently asked questions
But (and here’s the mental hack), instead of jump-scaring them with the questions during the call OR giving them a long form to fill out before the call, we just send the list ahead of time.
(think 24-48 hours ahead of time)
And we attach them with a short little message like: “Hey Jim Bob, Hey Sue-Ellen, here are the questions we’re going to ask you tomorrow. You don’t have to write anything down ahead of time,
just read them, and go about your day. Thanks, and see you soon.”
Those 24-48 hours before the call is when the magic happens.
Their subconscious starts answering those questions as soon as they read them.
Then, when they get on the call with us, the conversation is so fluid because their brain has been preparing them to answer without them even realizing it.
It’s a small adjustment that most people never notice, but it makes our system as elegant and efficient as possible.
And speaking of elegant & efficient solutions, Sandra Macele runs this amazing cohort that I help mentor. This is the best way to kickstart your career.
It’s very exclusive, check it out in the comment below.
